Pharmacology Labs

Pharmacology Labs at our college focus on studying and describing the effects of drugs and chemicals on cells, tissues, and the body as a whole. This branch of pharmacy delves into understanding the mechanisms of drug action and discerning both beneficial and adverse effects. Our labs are equipped with modern and sophisticated instruments such as student organ baths, rotating drums, photoactometers, rotarods, electroconvulsometers, plethysmographs, Eddy’s hot plates, histamine chambers, Cook’s pole climbing apparatus, among others. Additionally, students have access to computer-based simulations and software to enhance their learning experience. Our Human Anatomy Museum boasts an impressive collection of charts and models, further enriching the educational journey of our students in pharmacology.
